It’s time to get Rad, people!
The Rad Rebel Riders want you to share their love of bikes, cakes and friends. Join us for the raddest Bake Sale ever at the BikeFest Village Picnic! Take a pit stop to eat sweets and sip ginger beer while you talk about how ace your fluro spokey dokes are. That’s how the Rad Rebel Riders came to be, and we want you to join in our fun!
"This isn’t Helltrack, but it is a bake off! So pull on your baking mits, strap on your helmet and bring your tasty treats to the Rad Rebel Rider BikeFest Bake Sale! All entries will be accepted with a judging panel of Melbourne’s Rad Rebel Riders and members of the Melbourne cycling and foodie community. Prizes to be won including dinner vouchers to swanky Italian restaurant Mr Bianco.
The Rad Rebel Riders encourage you to get involved and submit your favourite recipes, bike paths and pit stops for sweet treats to the Rad Rebel Rider Facebook page or via contact email.
All biking and baking adventures submitted to the Bake Sale will be collated into the Innagural BikeFest/Rad Rebel Rider zine full of entrants recipes and biking recommendations.
So channel your inner Cru Jones or Bart Taylor and show us the raddest baking tricks you’ve got!"
